Staff Nurse - Area Float

Full Time Paid Training! Please know this is NOT a Seasonal role - training will be 10 weeks to prepare you to work the floor.

What does the RN role entail?

• Team Leader - Looking for Growth and Career Development
• Thrives within a High Acuity team environment
• Full Time - Rotating base schedule 3 days and a minimum of 30 hours a week
• Comfortable working some weekends based on team needs
• Starting and ending times can range from 4:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Average hours range from 12 to 14 hours a day
• Oversee a group of up to 16 dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs
• Paid Dialysis Training provided

What does a successful RN look like?

• At least 1 year of hands on nursin g experience
• Experience within fast paced settings such as LTC / Acute, E R, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
• ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
• Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
• Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
