Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse – Case Manager to coordinate patient home care in Hastings, NE. You will perform admissions, assess eligibility for home care, and develop the care plan while collaborating with other medical teams. You must have an RN license and a valid driver’s license, with CPR on file.

Qualifications
