Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to promote and restore residents’ health with a collaborative interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes individualized care, family engagement, and holistic planning for residents’ well-being.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage, evenings and night differentials, sign-on bonuses for full- and part-time roles, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and PTO, plus a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, providing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical support.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice acts and standards of care.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching families to understand conditions and self-care.
• Monitor residents for changes in status and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team and neighborhood teams.
• Document resident preferences and routines in the EMR.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.

We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs). The RN promotes, restores, and maintains resident’s health and wellbeing by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The RN’s primary role is to provide physical and psych-social support to residents and families. Newly increased wage scale below!

• Compensation: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
• Shift differentials: $3.00 evenings, $5.00 nights
• Sign on bonus: $3,000.00 full-time, $1,500.00 part-time

How You Will Make An Impact

• Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and focusing on placing the resident first.
• Performing all clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice
• Promoting resident’s independence by establishing resident care goals, teaching resident/family members to understand a resident’s condition, medication, and self-care skills
• Monitoring a resident clinical and care conditions to identify any changes in status and acting on those changes to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Working alongside the care associates to perform routine nursing care to assigned residents as needed
• Maintaining infection prevention practices, administering medications, and performing treatments per orders.
• Developing and coordinating a comprehensive Holistic plan of care to meet the resident’s clinical and care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary and neighborhood team
• Supporting resident’s preferences, routines, and choices in resident’s electronic medical record
• Ensuring that documentation is current, accurate, and timely.
• Participating in care conferences for designated residents as requested by Clinical Manager

What You Will Need

• Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice and Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN
• A passion for caring for seniors
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred
• CPR certification required
