Job summary

Lorien Elkridge is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive team environment. The RN will follow established policies and care plans to deliver high-quality nursing services to residents.

This role offers competitive pay, full-time scheduling (7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 7:00 AM-7:30 PM alternating weekends), and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health benefits, tuition assistance, and loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license is required, valid, and in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Oversees clinical care coordination and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans. RNs play a key role in clinical oversight, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, empathy, and a commitment to excellence in patient-centered care.

• Full-Time Hour
