Formación

• Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful care environment.

Pay Rate

• $30 - $46/hour (based on experience)
• Same Day Pay for all Employees!
