Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care to inmate patients in a correctional setting. The RN will apply the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care for a wide range of conditions.

Florida-licensed RNs with BLS/CPR certification, strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork will thrive. Night/weekend/on-call shifts may be required; adherence to HIPAA, PREA, and infection control is essential.

Position SummaryRegistered Nurses (RNs) provide direct nursing care to inmate patients, applying the nursing process—assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation—in accordance with professional nursing standards. RNs collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care and desired health outcomes.Correctional nurses deliver care to promote and improve overall health, often managing a patient population that has had limited access to healthcare prior to incarceration.
