Crestwood Health Care Center in Florissant, MO is seeking Registered Nurses to join our patient-centered team. We offer a full-time day shift, part-time evening shifts, and PRN opportunities to fit varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned
