Job summary

Innovative Renal Care in Florida is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to ESRD patients. You will build strong relationships with patients and families while delivering frontline nursing care.

The role requires an active RN license in Florida, an associate degree or higher in nursing, and CPR/BLS certification. Prior dialysis or critical care experience is preferred.

Job Requirements

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role focuses on the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range

• $37.00 - $46.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
