Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking an RN to provide high-quality care for patients with End Stage Renal Disease. The role emphasizes building strong bonds with patients and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will hold an RN license in the state, have an ADN/BSN, and maintain BLS/CPR certification. Prior dialysis or critical care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Associates Degree in Nursing or higher is required; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification current.
• Experience in dialysis/ICU/CCU/ER/Med Surg preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to ESRD patients and their families.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families to support treatment and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

Job Requirements

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range:

• $40.00 - $46.00 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
