Recovery Innovations in Fife, Washington, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, non-exempt position with a Sunday\, Monday\, Tuesday & e/o Wed shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am at the Evaluation & Treatment Center in Fife.

The RN will oversee medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care for individuals served, acting as a clinical liaison until enrollment in services elsewhere. Requires state RN license and at least 1 year in behavioral health.

Summary of Job

The Registered Nurse (RN) position oversees the medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care for individuals served. The RN position also services as clinical liaison for designated individuals until they are enrolled in services at another community facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Guest Care & Advocacy

• Coordinates services with various public and private community health, mental health and social service agencies to ensure appropriate services for individuals.
• Assists individuals with preparation and recording of the service planning process.
• Conducts assessments and treatment plans.
• Provides individual and family counseling.
• Participates in the development of educational curriculum.
• Supervises and/or provides nursing treatment and monitoring, such as diabetes and blood pressure.
• Responds to crisis calls for assessment and pertinent intervention as needed.
• Coordinates the relationship with outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and laboratory services.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Administers medication as required by protocol.
• Completes clinical documentation as required.
• Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
• Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, recovery outcomes and medical care.

Job Requirements

• Travel required based on business need
• Must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement

• Education/Licenses:
