Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Plan nursing interventions for each resident based on individual needs and monitor the implementation
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care interventions, identify problems and trends and develop alternative interventions
• Conduct family and resident education
• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to center policy
• Transcribe physician orders and chart progress notes accurately reflecting care administered and resident response
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family
• Identify skin changes and follow skin management protocols
• Order and report diagnostic tests timely
• Follow Pharmacy policy and procedures for ordering and delivering medications
• Coordinate resident rehabilitation program with therapists to ensure rehabilitation needs are met
• Monitor that CNA documentation is completed daily
• Ensure CNA assignments are completed on time
• Perform additional nursing care responsibilities as required and allowed by the State Nurse Practice Act

Shift Availability: We offer Full-Time and Part-Time Day (7a–3p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of pay: $37.50 to $40.46 per hour (plus shift differentials as applicable). Sign-on Bonus up to $7,500 (limited time!). Access to Daily Pay. You chose nursing for a reason. Let that reason thrive here.

What You’ll Be Doing
