Job summary

Fairmount Homes, Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Skilled Nursing Care team in Ephrata, PA. This 32 hours/week professional role focuses on delivering compassionate resident care on a rural campus with a strong mission and values.

You will lead nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and families, administer medications, and ensure high-quality care while maintaining documentation and regulatory compliance in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience in nursing service administration and supervision is preferred.
• Experience in geriatric, rehabilitative, or long-term care nursing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork, compassion, and excellence in care.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assessing resident needs and responding to changes in condition.
• Supervising and supporting nursing assistants and other direct care staff.
