Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of patient care, including conducting thorough assessments, designing and implementing personalized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and evaluating patient responses to interventions. Emergency Care - ACLS & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire. Oncology Care - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)/Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (ONCC) or Sentara approved course Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Card within 6 months of hire. Women’s Care - Perinatal departments; Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within 6 months of hire. Inpatient Pediatrics - PALS within 90 days of hire.We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
