Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (RN) to oversee resident health, ensure medication safety, and support regulatory compliance across the community. You will conduct assessments, monitor health trends, and provide clinical guidance to care staff.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, a nursing program credential, and at least one year in senior care or a clinical setting. Strong assessment and communication skills are essential for success.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct move-in, 3-day, semi-annual, and change-of-condition assessments
• Perform monthly wellness visits and monitor health trends
• Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns
• Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation
• Complete medication audits and oversee medication program compliance
• Partner with families, physicians, and the Resident Care Director
• Promote infection control and survey readiness
• Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Graduate of approved nursing program
• 1+ year experience in senior care or clinical setting
• Strong assessment, regulatory, and communication skills
