Job summary

Centurion Health in Lake Butler, Florida is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Reception and Medical Center team. The RN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree, an RN license or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and ability to obtain security

Job description

We are currently seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join our team at the Reception and Medical Center located in Lake Butler, Florida (Union County).

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi‑disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio‑Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Shift: 6:45pm-7:15am, three shifts per week; rotating weekends.
