Job summary

RELIVE Health Delray Beach is seeking a Licensed Nurse to provide patient care focused on IV Vitamin therapy and hormone replacement therapy. The role emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent patient education while delivering treatments.

The Nurse will administer IV therapies, monitor patients, perform blood draws, and coordinate with the medical team to ensure safe, compliant procedures. A strong patient-centered approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• BA of science in nursing or equivalent education as stated.
• Certified in BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and discretion with patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Vitamin Therapy, and shots to patients.
• Performed venepuncture, accessed implanted ports, maintained peripheral IV lines
• Perform infusions and monitor patient's status throughout the entire infusion as well as manage emergency reactions.
• Perform blood draws as per the required instructions provided by the lab.
• Follow state and nursing guidelines and standards
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis and infection control techniques and universal precautions
• Liaise with admin and other medical team members pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision making
• Accurately use the online booking systems
• Assist with callbacks to patients with questions.
• Provided documentation to the Admin team for submission to EHR
• Prepare and track inventory to maintain 100% in stock of supplies and Vitamin therapy.
• Maintains up-to-date Nurse education including knowledge of the internet for IV Infusion
• Completes other tasks within the scope of the registered nurse.

• Needs to be a patient listener, a good communicator, and demonstrate the ability to establish effective working relationships with other staff as well as with referral sources
• Client confidentiality and discretion are essential.
