RELIVE Health Malvern seeks an experienced registered nurse to administer IV vitamin therapy and injections, educate patients, and maintain high professional standards. You will perform venipuncture, manage IV lines, monitor infusions, and address adverse reactions while ensuring documentation and patient confidentiality.

The role requires nursing licensure in Pennsylvania, attention to safety, and collaboration with the medical team to support treatment plans and EHR submissions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in nursing or an accredited nursing program; BLS certification required.
• Critical thinking, patient-centered approach, calm under pressure, able to work unsupervised.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with colleagues and referral sources.

Responsabilités

• Administer IV Vitamin Therapy and therapeutic injections to patients.
• Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, maintain peripheral IV lines.
• Monitor patients during infusions and manage adverse reactions as needed.
• Conduct blood draws per lab requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment following infection control practices.
• Coordinate with the medical team pre- and post-therapy and support shared decision making.
• Utilize the online booking system and assist with patient callbacks as needed.
• Document to Administration for EHR submission and manage inventory of supplies.
• Keep nurse education up-to-date and work within Pennsylvania licensure scope.

Job Summary

The Nurse must represent the RELIVE brand and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Nurse role requires patient care and education regarding IV Vitamin therapy as well as hormone replacement therapy, as well as administering treatments to patients

Responsibilities

• Administer IV Vitamin Therapy, and therapeutic injections to patients.
• Perform venipuncture, accessed implanted ports, maintained peripheral IV lines
• Perform infusions and monitor patient's status throughout the entire infusion. Manage adverse reactions as necessary.
• Perform blood draws as per lab requirements.
• Follow state and nursing guidelines and standards.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by applying principles of medical asepsis, infection control techniques and universal precautions.
• Liaise and collaborate with medical team members pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision making.
• Accurately use the online booking systems.
• Assist with callbacks to patients and answer questions as necessary.
• Provide documentation to the Administration team for submission to EHR.
• Prepare and track inventory. Maintain adequate inventory of clinical supplies.
• Maintain up-to-date Nurse education including knowledge of science supporting IV Infusions.
• Complete other tasks within the scope of licensure for registered nurses in the state of Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program. Previous experience in IV Infusion is desirable. BLS certification required.
• Requires critical thinking, compassion, and a patient centered approach to care. Must be detail oriented, organized and remain calm under pressure. Must have the ability to work unsupervised and make decisions independently within the scope of licensure.
• Needs strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to establish effective working relationships with all colleagues as well as with referral sources
• Must be able to represent Relive Health Malvern in a professional manner at all times
• Client confidentiality and discretion are essential.
