Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one homecare for a 2-year-old girl in DeKalb, IL. You will manage G-tube support with suctioning per a detailed plan of care, ensuring patient-centered, safe nursing interventions.

Shifts include Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays/Saturdays with overnights and 7AM-7PM options. Earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time caregivers along with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license is required.
• Health Certificate as per state regulations.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray on record as required.
• BLS certification is required at start.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Initiate and follow the established plan of care; request revisions as needed.
• Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to physician or supervisor.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document responses.
• Support teaching, care coordination, and discharge planning.
