Presidential Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Cumming, GA. The RN will deliver high-quality, personalized home health care, coordinating with physicians and families to support patients in their homes.

The role requires strong assessment skills, clinical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a supportive team. A valid GA RN license and CPR/BLS are essential, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Georgia.
• ASN or BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visits in the Cumming, GA area.
• Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures in a home care setting.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other specialized clinical interventions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations and documentation standards.
