Job summary

Tidelands Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Critical Care to deliver specialized patient care in a fast-paced unit. The RN assesses, monitors, and intervenes to improve patient outcomes, collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Requirements include ADN (BSN preferred), SC RN license in good standing, and BLS certification with ACLS preferred. Prior acute care/CCU experience is valued. Night shift with 12-hour rotations.

Qualifications

• ADN required to practice nursing in SC.
• BSN preferred; MSN preferred for advanced roles.
• ACLS certification preferred; BLS required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients using age-specific data and comprehensive evaluation.
• Documents care and coordinates multidisciplinary care planning.
• Administers medications and treatments per standards of care.
• Coordinates discharge planning and family education to ensure continuity of care.
