Job summary

Naamans Creek Country Manor is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Resident-Centered Care Team in Naamans Creek, PA. We offer full-time and part-time schedules, day shift options, and a supportive environment dedicated to high-quality nursing care for our residents.

As an RN, you will follow physician orders, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, dignity, and excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards of practice.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' physical, emotional, and clinical conditions.
• Notify physicians and family members of significant changes in residents' conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and IV therapy safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians during resident rounds.
• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies.
• Ensure nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
• Participate in shift report to promote continuity of care.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life at all times.
