Job description

Earn $44-45/hour with a low patient-to-nurse ratio at our Concord location.

• As a Registered Nurse, you'll conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient conditions to improve their quality of life.
  
• Lead with clinical expertise, collaborating with physicians and external partners to prioritize patient outcomes.
  
• Provide medical oversight, staff training, and leverage critical thinking to address biological, physical, and behavioral needs.
  
• Requires an accredited RN degree, current license, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least one year of experience.
  
• Must have strong assessment, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, along with reliability, compassion, and flexibility.
  
• A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance are necessary.
