Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Registered Nurse to work in a hospital setting located in Concord, NH.

Pay Rate: $74/hr

Location: Concord, NH

Shift: 5 x 8hr shift

• 6:45am to 3:15pm
• 2:45pm to 11:15pm
• 10:45pm to 7:15am

Job Duties: In addition to performing all duties listed the Resource Nurse must be qualified to perform duties that include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee the units and serve as a resource to nursing staff in maintaining a safe, therapeutic, and caring environment on the units and throughout the hospital, by conducting frequent rounds through the 11-7 shift.
• Act as a role model for the delivery of safe and therapeutic nursing care.
• Identify and communicate clinical and administrative concerns to Executive Nursing Leadership and/or the Executive on Call.
• Initiate the facility Emergency Preparedness Plan and Patient Care Services Continuity of Operations Plans when needed in emergency situations.
• Monitor staff adherence to the Policies and Standards of facility and Department of Nursing.
• Monitor staffing throughout the hospital.
• Demonstrate positive leadership.

Requirements:

• two years of full-time in-patient psych experience
• RN license (must be licensed to work in NH)
• BLS
• Basic Life: $25,000 (100% employer paid)
• Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) : $25,000 (100% employer paid)
