Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate inpatient rehabilitation nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other illnesses. You will develop individualized care plans with an interdisciplinary team to support safety and rehabilitation outcomes.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, deliver wound and IV care, educate patients and families, and maintain thorough EMR documentation

Registered Nurse (Inpatient Rehabilitation)

Provide compassionate, evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation nursing care. Assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other debilitating illnesses. Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation outcomes, patient safety, and a patient-centered culture.
