Job summary

First Call Hospice seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to plan, organize, and direct hospice care in home settings. The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans tailored to patients and families within their homes and communities.

Essential duties include administering medications, coordinating patient care as a case manager, and counseling families. CA RN license and hospice experience are preferred, with a focus on compassionate, community-based care.

Responsibilities
