Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a long-standing health system to recruit Registered Nurses for multiple shifts (Day & Night) across diverse units. The role involves direct patient care, education, and collaboration with physicians and care teams in a hospital setting.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing with an active RN license in the state of practice and will obtain Basic Life Support within 30 days. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
  • Active RN license in the practicing state.
  • Knowledge of patient education techniques and care planning.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to patient care assignments and work across units.
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans.
  • Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education.
  • Assist physicians during surgical procedures.
  • Perform circulating and scrub functions.
  • Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment.
