Job summary

MercyOne Centerville in southern Iowa is seeking an RN for our Long-Term Care department to deliver high-quality nursing care, assess and coordinate patient care, and support a resident-centered approach.

You'll collaborate with providers, therapists, and an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families about care plans, and supervise nursing staff in a compassionate, mission-driven rural setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for serving seniors and resident-centered care.
