Job summary

Avir at Brownwood is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Brownwood, TX. This role focuses on safe, individualized care for our residents and collaboration with a supportive care team.

You'll assess residents, administer medications, and document care while building meaningful relationships with residents and families in a community setting. New graduates are welcome to apply and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition.
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Communicating changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Collaborating with CNAs, LVNs, physicians, therapy, and other members of the care team.
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supporting quality care and positive resident outcomes.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
