Recovery Innovations in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an RN to oversee medical, psychiatric and nursing care for individuals served at the Crisis Recovery Center. You will coordinate with health and social services agencies and provide counseling as part of care plans.

The role requires NC RN licensure with a preference for Bachelor's in Nursing and at least 1 year in behavioral health. Rotating shifts, credentialing, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in NC; compact licensure preferred.

Shift Details: Pool:7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. Pool employees are required to work a minimum of two shifts per month.New Employee Orientation consists of three full days onsite, Monday through Wednesday, and attendance for all three days is required.

Summary of Job:

The Registered Nurse (RN) position oversees the medical, psychiatric, substance abuse and nursing care for individuals served. The RN position also services as clinical liaison for designated individuals until they are enrolled in services at another community facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guest Care & Advocacy:
• Coordinates services with various public and private community health, mental health and social service agencies to ensure appropriate services for individuals.
• Assists individuals with preparation and recording of the service planning process.
• Conducts assessments and treatment plans.
• Provides individual and family counseling.
• Participates in the development of educational curriculum.
• Supervises and/or provides nursing treatment and monitoring, such as diabetes and blood pressure.
• Responds to crisis calls for assessment and pertinent intervention as needed.
• Coordinates the relationship with outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and laboratory services.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Administers medication as required by protocol.
  • Completes clinical documentation as required.
  • Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all Recovery Innovations policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
  • Understands and adheres to Recovery Innovations compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
• Cross Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, recovery outcomes and medical care.

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

• Experience:

Physical Demands
