Role Description

The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing health status, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring changes in condition. Daily responsibilities include developing and updating care plans, coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and documenting all nursing interventions accurately. The nurse will supervise and support other care staff, promote resident safety, and educate residents and families on health-related matters. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boone, IA, requiring presence in the facility to ensure consistent, high-quality nursing care. The RN will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold the organization’s mission and values in all aspects of care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa and completion of an accredited nursing program.
