Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a specialty acute care Med-Surg setting, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, serving as a preceptor for new staff, and embracing ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment.

You will work night shifts with an incentive program offering additional compensation and participate in a rewards program

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current valid RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.

• Perform scope-of-practice nursing duties in moderate to high acuity units.
