Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care to ESRD patients. You will be on the front line, building relationships with patients and their families while delivering compassionate dialysis care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from accredited program (ADN/BSN or diploma) required.
• RN license in practicing state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Dialysis, ICU/CCU/ER or Med Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care to ESRD patients.
• Build relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver dialysis services.
• Comply with facility policies and safety standards.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Salary Range

• $40 - $50 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
