Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a leading healthcare network in Ohio. The role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with opportunities to grow through an enhanced clinical advancement program and mentorship on designated units.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, and documentation in EMR, while upholding high reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • BLS required before patient contact.
  • ACLS required within 6 months for step-down and ICU areas.
  • Unit-specific certifications may be required.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and accurate EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients: Evaluate physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs while collaborating with the healthcare team.
  • Develop care plans: Create personalized care plans with patients and families that prioritize needs and goals.
  • Deliver patient care: Provide evidence-based care, educate patients and families, and follow hospital policies.
  • Evaluate outcomes: Monitor responses and adjust care using outcomes and best practices.
  • Drive improvement: Collaborate with Clinical Manager on performance improvement initiatives.
  • Promote High Reliability: Apply High Reliability principles to improve care and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor: Motivate, educate, and guide peers while maintaining patient care.
  • Document care: Accurately document nursing process, plan of care, and patient responses in EMR.
  • Maintain compliance: Adhere to policies and complete required training.
