Ironside Human Resources has partnered with a respected healthcare facility just outside Albuquerque, New Mexico, to recruit Registered Nurses for full-time, direct-hire roles.

Shifts are 3x12 days and nights with opportunities in Med/Surg, OR, and ER. Compensation ranges from $31.00 to $51.00 per hour, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have a New Mexico RN license or be eligible to obtain a compact RN License.
• Must have previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification upon hire.

• Accurately record patient medical histories, symptoms, and observations.
• Work hand in hand with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Set up and monitor vital medical equipment, such as vital signs monitors and IV lines, to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients.
