Job summary

Inspira Health Network in Mullica Hill, NJ seeks an RN for the Emergency Department to perform patient assessments, prioritize care, initiate interventions, and develop plans in collaboration with physicians and staff.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a BSN/MSN program or holds a BSN/MSN with NJ licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and relevant certifications, with ED experience preferred. Per diem options may apply; benefits include a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing is required.
• AHA BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS within 6 months of hire.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course within 12 months of initial assignment; ENA trauma education requirements encouraged.
• ED experience preferred; per diem positions may require 2 years of ED experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment, determines priority of care and provides immediate interventions.
• Analyzes assessment data and formulates an individualized plan of care.
• Collaborates with medical staff, evaluates effectiveness of interventions, and adheres to Inspira Health Network policies.
