Indiana University Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for operating room duties with strong Circulating and Scrubbing skills, including DaVinci XI robotics training. Minimum one year OR RN experience preferred, with a 7a–7:30p weekend option and rotating call/holidays.

$30,000 sign-on bonus for Part Time and Full Time RNs available through 9/30/2026

We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience in the OR for this role. This position is also referral eligible.

Available Shifts: Special Weekend Option. Saturday, Sunday, plus one rotating day. 7a- 7:30p. Call and holidays are required.

Patient Population/Diagnoses

• Adult population surgical services-Thoracic, General, Hepatobiliary, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Orthopedics, ENT, Dental, OMFS, and Abdominal Transplant (Liver, Kidney, Pancreas, Intestine and Multi-visceral). Large oncology patient population.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
