Job summary

Regency at Augusta in Fishersville, VA is seeking a Full Time Registered Medication Aide (RMA). The role supports residents with individualized care, communicates health updates to the clinical team, and connects with residents and families in a compassionate, dignified manner.

Attendance at seminars and staff meetings is encouraged to foster growth. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED and Virginia RMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Registered Medication Aide (RMA) program in the State of Virgina
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
