Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Registered Medication Aide in Manassas, VA to provide medication administration, treatments, and health monitoring with compassion. You will report changes to the care team and support other staff during your shift.

Ideal candidates hold a Virginia Registered Medication Aide credential and can work full-time night shifts (10pm–6am). The organization emphasizes respect, growth, and inclusive culture across a Great Place To Work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Virginia Registered Medication Aide certification.
• Availability for full-time night shift (10pm–6am) as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments and health monitoring with compassion.
• Communicate changes and updates on resident conditions to the care team.
• Coach and lead other care department team members on the night shift.

Available Schedules:

• Full-time hours
• 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am shifts
• Every other weekend required
