Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring a Registered Medication Aide for full-time night shifts (10pm-6am) in Manassas, VA. You will assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring, while communicating changes clearly to the team.

You will also coach and lead other care department staff on your shift, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care and timely responses to residents' needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• VA Registered Medication Aide.
• Full-time night shift (10pm-6am) currently hiring.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring.
• Report changes and updates on resident conditions with empathy.
• Coach and lead other care department team members on your shift.

Available Schedules:

• Full-time hours

• 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am shifts

• Every other weekend required
