Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification in Virginia.
• Current CNA certification preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or residential care settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication administration protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to resident care.
