Job Overview: The Registered Medical Technologist is a detail-oriented and skilled laboratory professional to perform a wide range of diagnostic testing and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results. The candidate will communicate findings to physicians, pathologists, and other healthcare providers and may work in various specialized laboratory areas, including Transfusion Services, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology/Immunology, Toxicology, Special Chemistry, and Fibrinolysis. This role involves operating advanced laboratory equipment, utilizing laboratory computer systems, and maintaining strict compliance with established policies and protocols.
