TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital is seeking a part-time Medical Laboratory Technician to perform a full range of lab tests and verify accuracy of results. The role includes reporting findings to physicians and operating routine lab instruments. ASCP or AMT certification is required, with 1–2 years of clinical lab experience preferred.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package—including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement—this role offers competitive shift differentials, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6 per hour, based on shift, hours worked, and organizational guidelines.
This position is responsible for performing a full range of laboratory tests, confirming the accuracy of test results, and reporting laboratory findings to the doctors, pathologists, or other physicians. This position may work in any of the major areas of the laboratory: Transfusion Service, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology/Immunology, Toxicology, Special Chemistry and Fibrinolysis. Operates and maintains a variety of laboratory instruments. Utilizes laboratory computer system in performance of duties. This position maintains strict adherence to established policies and procedures and works under the supervision of a general supervisor or medical technologist. Direct supervision is not required for specimen processing, test performance or result reporting.
