Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Medical Assistant – Registered (MA-R) to join a collaborative primary care and walk‑in clinic team in Clinton, WA. This position provides hands‑on support to patients and healthcare practitioners while performing delegated clinical duties within WA state requirements.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced clinical environment. Sign-on bonus available, with a 0.9 FTE schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program.
• At least 1 year MA clinic experience preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to patients under supervision of licensed practitioners.
• Perform tasks within the scope of your endorsement.
• Maintain and document medication and immunization records.
• Screen and follow up on test results as directed.
• Perform diagnostic testing and electrocardiography.
• Complete waived laboratory testing per CLIA.
• Administer vaccines, eye drops, topical meds under orders.
• Administer IM injections when required.
• Support day-to-day patient care and clinic operations.
• Complete department training, checklists and competencies.
• Ensure compliance with WA health requirements.
