Job description

Daytime Healthcare are assisting a leading children's care home to find a Registered Manager to join the team in Northampton.



You will be joining our new home for children/young people aged 8-18 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties. We are looking for a manager who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our young people.



If successful, you will be part of recruiting a new staff team. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a direct a team in supporting vulnerable children and young people.



No two days are ever the same, sometimes they may be challenging but they will always be positive and rewarding.



Requirements:




  • Musthold Level 3 in Residential ChildcareANDLevel 5 in Leadership and Management

  • Musthave at least 2 years at supervisory level within an Ofsted Children’s Home

  • Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and legislation.

  • Good knowledge of safeguarding.

  • Strong, energetic leader.

  • Computer literate.

  • Organised and be able to multitask.



Driving License is preferred.
