Job summary

Methodist Southlake Medical Center is seeking an echocardiography professional to perform echocardiograms in a fast-paced, highly technical setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care across pediatric and adult echo scopes.

The role requires ARDMS credentials for AE/PE, BLS, and to be able to perform pediatric echocardiography with proficiency. A pediatric cardiologist statement may substitute ARDMS in some cases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate from an associate degree echo program and/or an accredited echo training program preferred.
• ARDMS in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PE) required.
• A written statement from a pediatric cardiologist stating that the applicant is skilled and competent in independently performing all scopes of pediatric echocardiography may be substituted for the ARDMS.
• Current Basic Life Support required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred.
