Methodist Richardson Medical Center in the Dallas area is seeking a skilled echocardiography technician to perform echocardiograms in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to capture high-quality images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The role requires ARDMS credentials (AE and/or PR) or an eligible substitute per cardiology guidance, plus BLS; ACLS preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with a focus on excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate from an associate degree echo program and/or an accredited echo training program preferred.
• ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PR) required.
• A written statement from a pediatric cardiologist stating that the applicant is skilled and competent in independently performing all scopes of pediatric echocardiography may be substituted for the ARDMS.
• Current Basic Life Support required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred.
