Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking a skilled echocardiography technologist to perform adult and pediatric studies in a fast-paced cardiovascular lab. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care.

Required ARDMS certification in AE (and PR if pediatric imaging is performed), BLS, and an accredited echo training background. Rotating weekends and daytime hours apply, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate from an associate degree echo program and/or an accredited echo training program preferred.
• ARDMS in adult echo (AE) and/or pediatric echo (PR) required.
• A written statement from a pediatric cardiologist stating that the applicant is skilled and competent in independently performing all scopes of pediatric echocardiography may be substituted for the ARDMS.
• Current Basic Life Support required; Advanced Cardio Life Support preferred.
