Job summary
Playa Del Rey Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to assess the nutritional care of each resident and guide the clinical team on dietary plans. You will interpret lab values, monitor intake, and adjust therapeutic diets to support optimal health and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an acute or long-term care environment.
- Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations.
- Experience interpreting lab values and nutrition intake.
- Understanding aging-related nutrition needs.
- Excellent teamwork and communication.
Responsibilities
- Assess nutritional care for each resident and develop care plans.
- Advise clinical team on nutritional status and therapeutic diets.
- Monitor lab values, intake, and food-drug interactions.
- Ensure high standards of care and resident satisfaction.
