Job summary

CSR Nutrition is seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian to deliver comprehensive nutrition assessments and MNT in long-term care settings, with telehealth options available. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, perform charting across medical records, and lead QAPI initiatives to improve dietary services.

Ideal candidates are Florida-licensed RDs (or RD-Eligible) with long-term care experience, strong documentation skills, and a patient-centered, evidence-based care approach.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian (or RD-Eligible with verification).
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Passionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices
