Job summary
Philosophy Care in Haskell, NJ is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our 200+ bed skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, monitor nutritional needs, and support interdisciplinary teams. NJ license active and LTC or rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications
- Active Registered Dietitian license in New Jersey.
- Experience in long-term care or short-term rehabilitation preferred.
- Familiarity with PointClickCare EMR and MealTracker preferred.
- Ability to make independent clinical decisions is essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nutritional care to residents.
- Complete admissions, quarterly, annual, and significant change assessments.
- Monitor weights, wound care nutrition, and pressure ulcers.
- Manage care for hemodialysis and enteral feeding residents.
- Update care plans and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Assist with menu planning and entering diet orders.
- Conduct meal rounds and nutrition audits.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents and families.
- Maintain communication with physicians and nursing staff.
